Therefore all ArcticSilver products are covered by a lifetime warranty for the original owner* against material defects.** The owner has to register his products within 60 days of purchase to make claim of the warranty and insurance. The Free-Flex handle is insured with a separate warranty for 3 years against material defects.** This warranty applies to parts and labor, but doesn’t cover damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or modification. Excluded are also wear parts, which naturally have a shorter life-time period. For these cases we offer the "Rainy Day Insurance", that lets you order Spare Parts at an affordable price.
