Prices

At Arctic Silver Innovation ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. We also reserve the right to note sold-out items.

Payment

Arctic Silver Innovation ApS accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payments will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Arctic Silver Innovation ApS aims to dispatch orders placed before 5 PM on the same day; orders placed afterward are shipped the following business day. We deliver to all of Denmark with shipping costs starting at 35 DKK. Items will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.

We also ship to international locations, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Your items will be sent via Post Nord or GLS.
Note: If there is no room at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest pickup location, and you will be notified. Should any issues arise, please contact customer service.

We deliver goods on all weekdays, and your order will be delivered 1-10 business days after purchase.

Certain products may have special delivery terms, which will be specified before purchasing those items.

Warranty

A 2-year warranty is provided under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must file a claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect or error. Arctic Silver Innovation ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Refunds

If a refund is agreed upon, please provide bank details in the form of registration and account numbers, so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be safely provided by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for processing the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day:

  • You receive the order.
  • You receive the last item in physical possession if the order consists of multiple items delivered separately or in several lots.
  • You receive the last batch or last part in physical possession if it concerns the regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
  • You receive the first item in physical possession for regular deliveries of goods.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Notice of withdrawal must be given to us within 14 days of purchase, and from the time of notice, you must return the shipment within 14 days. Notice must be provided via email to [EMAIL ADDRESS]. In your message, you must clearly indicate that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, please fill out the enclosed return slip and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to receive the item without providing clear notice.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Custom-made goods or items with a distinct personal touch.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items by nature.
  • Items where the seal has been broken.
  • Non-financial services that have already begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal will be lost upon full performance of the contract.
  • Delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment thereof.
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts for such publications.
  • Contracts concluded at a public auction.
  • Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packed. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. The processing will be faster if you also complete and include our withdrawal form.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we receive the return.
We do not accept packages sent COD.

Condition of Goods Upon Return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as if you were in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of return.

To receive a full refund, you must not use the item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Refunds

If you withdraw your purchase, you will, of course, get the amount you paid to us back.
In the event of a decrease in value, for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided proof of returning it.
